Incorporating these genres into your wedding playlist ensures that every guest will find themselves tapping their feet and getting involved. Who doesn’t like an ABBA Disco classic… there is a reason Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! goes off at every wedding. Also I’m sick of the sgt slick remix, when’s the last time you listen to the original its sooo groovy!

2. Lower Energy Level (it’s a good thing)

Now I love busting out bangers, don’t get me wrong, but good DJing is about taking a crowd on a journey. No one wants to be 11/10 energy for too long on the dancefloor, it gets too repetitive and people just need a break. As the night progresses, there’s no better way to reignite the dancefloor with a new mood than with the infectious rhythms of disco classics.
